To more rapidly promote the relevant preparation work of the Fourth China Charity Fair, Du Peng, the Director General of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, convened and presided over the Preparation Work Mobilization Meeting of the Fourth China Charity Fair on the morning of May 19. The CPC committee and government group members of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and responsible persons of all the offices of the Bureau, the Social Administration Bureau, the Office for the Aging, and all the units under direct administration, and relevant members from the Preparation Work Office of the China Charity Fair participated in the meeting.

Hou Yisha, the Deputy Director General, reported the main content of the overall plan for the Fourth China Charity Fair at the meeting. Zhong Liyin, the Director at the Disaster Relief and Charity Office, introduced the labor division plan of the Civil Affairs Bureau for the Preparation Work Leading Group of the Fourth China Charity Fair and its office. Participants discussed the relevant labor division of the leading group and its office, and raised relevant opinions and suggestions. Finally, Mr. Du Peng mobilized and deployed the fair preparation work of the next stage by focusing key issues.

Mr. Du Peng pointed out, in the process of making preparations for the first three fairs, all the levels of the bureau make concerted efforts and go all out to accomplish all the preparation work and tasks brilliantly, and showed characteristics and effects of the China Charity Fair. He also said that, due to the tight schedule and heavy workload of the preparation work for the Fourth China Charity Fair, all levels of the bureau must attach great importance and concentrate energy and power to handle the preparation work well; members of the leading group and its office should reinforce coordination, perform their own functions and work together in unison to efficiently propel all the preparation work of the fair; all the relevant offices, rooms and units should also take into account the overall situation, improve consciousness, and properly deal with the relations between their proper duties and fair preparation work. Mr. Du Peng also emphasized that, in the preparation work of the next stage, we should speed up implementation of the socialized operation mode, feasibly establish an effective and orderly preparation work mechanism, standardize the fund use and supervision, promote all the preparation work for the fair in an all-round way, and hold the Fourth China Charity Fair with more powerful influence, richer substantial results and more excellent effects.
