On the morning of September 15th, the 10th China Charity Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CCF") jointly organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (National Rural Revitalization Bureau), the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Red Cross Society of China, the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, the Guangdong Provincial Government, the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and the China Charity Alliance opened at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center for a period of 3 days. With the theme of "Building Modern Charity, Gathering Efforts for High-Quality Development", the 10th CCF attracted a total of 2931 institutions and 2882 projects participating. On the opening day, the intended funding for major donation projects, procurement of consumer assistance products, and industrial investment exceeded 7.9 billion yuan.

ZHANG Chunsheng, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs; FANG Guanghua, Vice Chairman of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce; ZHANG Wenhong, Deputy Secretary General of the State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; LI Lidong, Secretary General of the Red Cross Society of China; SUN Zhiyang, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, and ZHANG Liwei, Vice Mayor of Shenzhen, attended the kick-off meeting of the 10th China Charity Fair and the signing and docking activities of major resource projects.

The theme seminar on "Creating a New Situation of High Quality Development of Chinese Characteristic Public Welfare Charity" was subsequently held, at which ZHANG Chunsheng, FANG Guanghua, ZHANG Wenhong, LI Lidong, and SUN Zhiyang delivered speeches.

This year, it has set up two themed exhibition pavilions, the Charity High Quality Development Achievement Pavilion and the Good Life Experience Pavilion, at the Futian Convention and Exhibition Center, with a total area of about 45000 square meters. There are also ten 10 pavilion experience points set up on site, as well as a "Tech for Social Good" application scenario observation and experience exhibition. Visitors can register through the official WeChat account of "China Charity Fair" to obtain free electronic tickets and experience various forms of public welfare projects at site.

In addition, for the first time, the 10th CCF has established ten sub venues, located in Futian District, Longhua District, Nanshan District, Luohu District, and Bao'an District of Shenzhen, which is convenient for citizens to participate nearby. It is worth mentioning that, relying on the "1+10+N" conference system, the 10th CCF will hold 1 theme seminar, 25 sub topic seminars, and community roundtable activities for famous philanthropic experts from all over the country to gather together and discuss the high-quality development of public welfare and philanthropy.
